IT Infrastructure Risk Identification & Remediation Lead

About the job

Seeking a IT Infrastructure Risk Identification & Remediation Lead to leverage their deep technology & infrastructure experience to offer guidance, best practices, and support across businesses, leading risk reviews, vulnerability assessments, identifying threats, solving problems and communicating with senior leaders and other stakeholders. You’ll be an integral part of our local center of excellence, contributing to strategic integration and risk remediation programs such as privileged access management, resiliency, and data protection initiatives.

As an experienced Infrastructure Engineering professional, you’ll be making decisions of a global and strategic nature that impact our customers, clients, and businesses around the globe. Your expertise in analyzing complex data systems, anticipating problems, and finding ways to mitigate risk, will be key in to successfully execute the program roadmap. By incorporating your knowledge of business drivers, you will affect change and lead development of innovative improvements and world – class practices. This role requires a wide variety of strengths and capabilities, including:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Accounting Information Systems, or a related field or equivalent experience
  • Strong leadership skills with exceptional communication and presence
    7+ years within heavily regulated and/or governed industries in either IT audits, risk assessments, technology controls or combination thereof
  • Deep and wide knowledge of large complex network topologies, technologies and interdependencies
    Advanced knowledge of multiple IT control and project management practices, including governance, audits, control assessments and vulnerability management
  • Knowledge of Business Resiliency strategy outlining the people, processes and technology standards that will support resiliency planning, testing, reporting and risk assessment
  • Experience with implementation and oversight of technology risk, tracking findings, and executing remediation activities working across large environments and across teams
  • Communicate technology gap findings with Sustained Engineering remediation lead along with key stakeholders and provide accurate remediation metrics and management reports on a timely basis
  • Ability to collaborate with high-performing teams and individuals throughout the firm to accomplish common goals
  • Ability to assist with training and spreading technology risk and control awareness within the organization, while building strong relationships and becoming a trusted risk and controls partner within the firm
  • Knowledge of process-focused methodologies for IT-related activities (change management, incident management, SLDC etc.)
  • Relevant certifications include: CISM (Certified Information Security Manager), CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional), CRISC (Certified in Risk Management) and CISA (Certified Information Systems Auditor).
